The wait is over. Master Wei opened on 15 March 2019, with the co-founder of Xi’an Impression (in North London) as the chef-patron. Master Wei delivered lip-smacking food of Xi’an cuisine with a hint of heat. Here’s one of her signature dishes in the form of boneless chicken in ginger sauce. The chicken was very well marinated, mesmerizingly soft and full of flavour. Despite the sauce looking scarily lacquer red, it wasn’t that spicy at all. She has many Chinese fans out there, filling the restaurant on the day of opening.
