You can now feast at the newly opened Din Tai Fung, the godfather of Xiao Long Bao (Shanghainese soup dumplings). This is the first outpost of the Taiwanese XLB empire in Europe. Enjoy gawping over the stunning display of the enormous skill of the dumplings chefs, crafting the 18-pleated delicate beauties, cocooning a soothing clear broth. Expect to queue.
