A stunning bijou in the form of a casual sushi restaurant by Kazutoshi Endo of Endo at Rotunda is opening on 13 April 2021 with alfresco dining on a walk-in basis. It has been offering a superb delivery menu of sushi and other bento boxes since December 2020, as its original scheduled launch was cancelled due to the national lockdown. Expect super fresh ingredients and achingly beautifully presented dishes.
